We will miss you, Elder Pieper!

My brother Peter will be leaving for the Canada Edmonton Mission in a week. We were lucky as could be to have Pete stop in a couple weeks ago when he was in town and spend a couple of hours with him. They were hours that better last us for two years. We did have fun hearing about Pete’s driving adventures, playing Oregon Trail with him, and Lucy warmed up to him a little more. She was actually eating bread out of his hand by the time he left. We tried to get more pictures, but this was at the last minute and Pete’s ride was waiting for him. We are going to miss him, but it will be worth the sacrifice. We know that the time he spends away from us will benefit others as he takes a message of hope with him into the frozen north.
