Jackie AKA Jack

It is difficult to describe the overall personality of someone that is just beginning to show the world who he is. This boy is so full of energy, curiosity, and has a ready smile. He is really loving to chat these days and will say things like, “Hyrum, night night?” or “Tai Tai go bye-bye a school?” He can figure out any little switch, gadget, device, lock, etc. and it has been difficult to baby proof things with him around. He loves to climb and then jump. Thankfully he learned pretty quickly before he got too hurt that jumping from a place too high can hurt if you don’t know how to land. He loves to read books and that is the stillest you find this boy outside sleeping. He will sit by a pile of books and just turn the pages and look for a while. He is very musically inclined and can sing the entire tune perfectly for “Twinkle twinkle little star.” He can match pitches and will copy things we say, including the intonation and everything. Something that has become a joke between him and his daddy is saying, “That’s enough!” in a low and growly voice. He loves animals, especially those that are fuzzy and calls them all kitties and thinks they all say mooo! He is learning a little bit of empathy when his brother Hyrum is crying and says, “Hyrum owie?” and looks a little worried. He is such a sweet boy!
