I’m starting this post off with a couple of random photos. The first is for someone who requested a picture of me. It seems that since I write this blog and take a lot of the pictures, I am usually not a subject of the blog. I am. Just not one that is seen that much. So here you go. A picture of me.
The second is of our Christmas tree and stockings. It is always so fun to decorate for Christmas, even if we only have a few decorations. I’m sure as the years go by, our decorations will multiply. Oh, and Lucy’s stocking is in the process of being finished. Hopefully I’ll have it done before Christmas. 🙂
Now for the real meat of this post. For some reason, the kids were trying not to get their pictures taken. So they were running around trying to find different places to hide and it became a game. I think these pictures are priceless. I love it when true feelings of happiness are captured on camera. Tom took some great pictures and here are a few of those moments.
Oh no! We are trapped in this corner. We better run to find a better place to hide!
The coat closet looks like a good place to hide.
Lucy wasn’t playing the game but must have sensed the need to hide from the camera as well.
Hiding behind Ginger’s bed was nice for a little while, but Ginger always sniffs us out and gives away our hiding place!
I’m not sure what game Ginger is playing here. Actually, I think it is one of the ways she tells us she wants to play. Playtime, anyone?
