Ahh! The summer is almost over. I think we have had a lot of fun so far. Been kind of crazy, actually. I will get to the details of that later.
Jenny has had this blanket (made by her Grandma Loveland) longer than she has been alive, really. And she has literally loved it to pieces. She has affectionately named it Tigger. A few months ago she asked Grandma Loveland if she could fix Tigger, but really he was just too far gone. Then Jenny was looking for some fabric to make a pillow case and found the fabric that the little Winnie the Pooh characters we cut from. Daddy had an idea to use the material to give Tigger a face lift of sorts. So we put Tigger between two pieces of fabric, tacked them together and sewed up the edges. And Jenny wanted to take a picture of the original Tigger before we sewed him up inside his new skin.
We built some beautiful sand castle/creations.
Tommy started teething.
But he is still the happiest baby ever.
We took a trip to visit Grandma and Grandpa Loveland and had an awesome bonus to have cousins there, too! And. . .this was one of the few pictures that were taken. On the last day. I hate it when I do that. Oh well. At least we got some.
