May in a Nutshell
A rare day when Lucy fell asleep BEFORE church. Funny that it happened in the middle of reading this book. She is funny. She sleeps with books like they are stuffed animals. A cute little photo shoot with Tommy. And one of him smiling. Can’t get enough that sweet little happy boy! One documented case

Catching up.
Dying eggs. One of our ways to celebrate spring. We also like to eat hamburgers and drink lemonade, but didn’t get pictures of that one. I think it was late. Lucy was so excited about this that she dropped all the white eggs she could see into the dye until each color was full. I

Other March happenings
Lucy finally moved to a big bed . . . so Tommy can sleep in the crib. Because of the bed switcheroo, we now have a girls’ room and boys’ room. Tommy is smiling and cooing and being as cute as ever. And growing like mad. At his two month check-up he weighed 11 lbs.

Spring Break 2011
We took a week off and went on our first REAL family vacation. I guess that means we didn’t just travel to go see family. We went to go have a great time away from the busy life with our own little family. And oh, did we have a great time! From the pictures you

Tommy’s Blessing Weekend
The weekend of Tommy’s blessing went by like a whirlwind! Or wait. A blizzard. My family drove over from Idaho (an eight-hour drive with no stops) to support us and to see little Tommy. They showed up Friday evening around 7:00. After checking the weather Saturday morning, they realized they better leave Saturday afternoon if
