Spring is here!
This is what we call our spring celebration. Egg hunts and dying eggs and eating spring candy. I love this picture of Taivan. He is in typical fashion, meaning no shoes. I can barely keep shoes on this boy, and thankfully so far it hasn’t been a big deal. He wasn’t very excited about picking

Reasons to slow down
For some reason the weeks are flying by faster than normal and so is my memory of them. And somehow I let last week go by without writing about anything. I know I was crazy busy going to well-child appointments and vet appointments and cello lessons and soccer and school somehow fit in between all

Caterpillars and butterflies
Lasts year when we ordered the materials for science, we also ordered a couple of science kits. Included in the elementary kit was this fun butterfly garden kit with a free redemption code for caterpillars that will turn into butterflies. A little science mixed with sickness and other forms of education
Since my last post, two of my kids have been diagnosed with pneumonia. Walking pneumonia or atypical pneumonia, thankfully. I had heard of it before Monday when I took Matthew in to the doctor. You know that when it has been a week and your son is sounding, looking and obviously feeling worse, you should

Begin again. And make lists if it helps.
So one of my new year’s resolutions/goals is to write on this blog once a week all year long. This will be my first post in almost a year and so many good things have happened to our family that haven’t been documented as I feel they should. Some posts might be catching up for
